Dining at De Nieuwe Winkel means experiencing wonder, being surprised by extraordinary flavours and pure ingredients. A meal suited for laughing out loud, or rather for enjoying it in silence. Everything is served with expertise and a unique style.
Together with chef Emile van der Staak Van der Kallen came up with new ways to present several of his delicious courses. Het Gouden Ei (The Golden Egg) for example, inspired by the restaurant’s eponymous appetizer, consists of an elegant wooden egg, laid in with gold leaf.
